We provide information, literature and friendly signposting to the service, advice or help you are looking for. If we do not have the information you require we will make every effort to find out how to get it. If you want to complain about anti-social behaviour, fly tipping, street cleaning or similar, we will pass on your comments to the correct department, without needing to put your name to the report.
You can collect a free personal attack alarm or security marking pen and we have a wide variety of leaflets including bus timetables, child care details, activities around the area, support groups, news of groups and networks in the community. The window display advertises community events, concerts, residents’ groups, training opportunities, business links, community safety, health initiatives, etc. Bring along an A4 portrait-style poster if you would like your community activity to be advertised there as well, and use the free public access computer, with low-cost printing and copying facilities for community or job-search related activities. Call in and find out more about the Forum and information about the plans for the area – let us know your suggestions on how our area could be improved.
The fully equipped training room next door is available to hire at very reasonable rates to community groups.
